Qualifiers: September 29 - October 2, 2025;
Main Event: October 3 - October 6, 2025;
Draw at 10:00, matches start at 11:00.
Award ceremony after the final; top 4 winners must attend in person.
Chinese Eight-Ball Elastic Handicap System;
Double Elimination throughout the tournament.
VII. Entry Fee:
Entry Fee: 200 RMB/person. Open to all billiards enthusiasts. Free entry for Gold Card members, female players, and players under 14 years old.

IX. Competition Format:
1. Governed by the latest official 'Chinese Eight-Ball Competition Rules'.
2. Chinese Eight-Ball Elastic Handicap System.
3. Double Elimination format throughout the tournament.
4. Players must register with their official ID name. Draw order for qualifiers is based on registration sequence.
5. Malicious fouls are prohibited.
6. Losing side pays the table fee. No discounts or membership card usage for table fees during matches.
7. Race to: Qualifiers - Winners' Bracket: 9, Losers' Bracket: 7; Main Event (Last 32 to 4) - Winners' Bracket: 11, Losers' Bracket: 9; Semi-finals: 13, 3rd Place Match: 15, Final: 17.
X. Prizes:
Champion: 20,000 RMB + Trophy + Certificate
Runner-up: 8,000 RMB + Trophy + Certificate
3rd Place: 4,000 RMB + Trophy + Certificate
4th Place: 2,000 RMB + Certificate
5th-8th: 800 RMB (400 cash, 400 membership card)
9th-16th: 400 RMB (200 cash, 200 membership card)
17th-32nd: 200 RMB membership card
Note: A 10% event promotion fee will be deducted from the top 4 cash prizes.
XI. Tournament Regulations:
1. Players must abide by tournament discipline, follow arrangements, and respect referees.
2. Absence from the draw is considered a waiver. Late arrival by 10 mins forfeits one frame; 30 mins results in match forfeiture.
3. Professional referees on TV table, roving referees on others. Ball service provided. Disputes must be raised before the next shot. Mid-match withdrawal forfeits prizes. Cheating leads to disqualification without prizes. The club holds final interpretation rights.
4. No smoking in the venue. Mobile phones must be on vibrate/silent mode.
5. Dress code: Tournament waistcoat (provided). No bizarre clothing or slippers.
6. No participation in other commercial events or promotional activities without permission during the tournament.
7. Alcohol abuse and any form of gambling are strictly prohibited during the tournament.
8. Any additional commercial logos worn by players require prior approval and registration with the organizing committee before the tournament.
9. Players must wear and safeguard the tournament-designated identification until the award ceremony. No awards will be given if the identification is lost.
10. Any illegal or unethical behavior is strictly prohibited.
11. Violation of the above regulations will result in disqualification.
XII. The tournament committee holds the final right of interpretation for these regulations. Matters not covered will be notified separately.
