6. Competition Rules:
Competition event: Chinese “four-ball” individual competition.
VII. Competition time and location:
October 17-20, 2024 (draw at 18:00 on the 17th).
Competition location: Floor B1A, 101 Building, Limeng Pedestrian Street, Chengxi District, Xining City, Qinghai Province
8. Competition Qualification and Registration Fee:
All billiards enthusiasts are welcome to participate.
Registration fee: 300 yuan (entitled to three qualifying rounds), free for women and children.
The losing party’s settlement fee must be paid in cash or via WeChat, and membership cards are not accepted.
IX. Competition Rules:
1. Competition Rules
(1) Each match is limited to 60 minutes or ends when either side scores zero points (in the event of a tie, the winner will be decided by penalty kicks).
(2) Each player has 100 points. The winner kicks off. Defense is not allowed (score chasing rules)
(3) ① If a player in 7th or higher tier scores 3 gold medals and 3 wins
② Female players and players under 14 years old win 2 gold medals and 2 wins
③ Female amateur players will play against players under 14 years old.
④ If a professional player scores 2 gold medals and 2 gold medals, the winner is the winner. If a female player or a player under 14 years old scores 1 gold medal and 1 gold medal, the winner is the winner.
(4) Each Golden Nine drawn in each match counts as 7 points. If three Golden Nines are drawn in a row, the match is won directly.
(5) If four goals are scored in a match, the team wins the match outright.
(6) Before each game begins, a dice is rolled to decide when to kick off.
(7) In a match, the team that is allowed to pass the ball from a free kick into the 9th ball wins (the team that is allowed to pass the ball into the 2nd or 3rd ball does not count as a win).
2. The competition will be divided into two stages: qualifying round and main competition.
3. During the competition, the registration fee will not be refunded and the prize money won will not be paid to those who give up the competition without reason. 4. Other competition rules will be announced by the referee team before the competition.
10. Competition Rewards:
Champion: ¥18,800 (¥10,000 in cash + ¥8,800 for a golf club) + trophy + certificate of honor
Runner-up: ¥8,800 (¥4,000 in cash + a ¥4,800 golf club) + trophy + certificate of honor
Third place: ¥4500 (2000 yuan in cash + 2500 yuan for a golf club) + trophy + certificate of honor
Fourth place: ¥2,500 (1,000 yuan in cash + a 1,500 yuan golf club) + trophy + certificate of honor
Fifth to eighth place: ¥500
9th to 16th place: ¥300
17th - 32nd place: ¥200
11. Competition Rules:
1. Observe the tournament rules and follow the tournament arrangements. Smoking is prohibited in the competition venues. Players are prohibited from bringing mobile phones into the venues. Off-court coaching is prohibited during the game. If any violation of tournament regulations or uncivilized behavior occurs, the referee should give a warning and a technical foul will be awarded if it occurs again.
2. 10 minutes before the start of each round, contestants must report to the registration office. After the chief referee announces the start of the game, late contestants will be penalized one round. Fifteen minutes overdue will be considered as a forfeit.
3. Appeals against the decision of the referee on duty must be made after the penalty is made and before the next attack of either player, otherwise it will not be accepted; if you have any objection to the referee's decision, you can complain to the chief referee, and if you have any objection to the chief referee's decision, you can complain to the arbitration committee. The decision of the arbitration committee is final.
4. Excessive drinking and any form of gambling are strictly prohibited. Any illegal and unethical behavior is strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified. For players who fail to comply with the tournament rules and are given a technical foul, they will be warned once for the first time, will be judged as losing a game for the second time, and will be disqualified for the third time.
5. Any form of match-fixing, manipulation or disguised manipulation of the game is strictly prohibited. Once identified, it will be dealt with seriously in accordance with relevant regulations. Those who violate national laws and regulations will be handed over to relevant government departments for handling.
6. Those who violate the above requirements will be warned or disqualified depending on the circumstances.
12. The final right of interpretation of these competition rules belongs to the event organizing committee. Any matters not covered will be notified separately.
