VII. Competition draw time: October 26-October 28, 2024
(1) The first qualifying round will start drawing lots at 13:00 on October 26; all contestants must be present in person to pay the registration fee. No more registrations will be accepted for the first round after the deadline. 8 contestants will be selected to advance;
(2) The second qualifying draw will start at 19:00 on October 26, and 8 players will be selected to advance;
(3) The third qualifying draw will start at 13:00 on October 27, and 12 players will advance. The club will retain 4 wild cards, and a total of 32 players will advance to the main competition;
(4) The main competition will start at 13:00 on October 28th. The draw for the top 32 players will be held in one day until the awards ceremony ends.
All players must bring their ID cards to the event organizing committee for pre-race registration and inspection before the race.
8. Eligibility:
1. All billiards enthusiasts in the country can sign up to participate (regardless of gender)
2. Entry fee: 200 yuan for first entry, 100 yuan for second entry, 100 yuan for third entry, 300 yuan for direct entry. (Losing party settlement fee, no discount, no credit card)
3. Fairness, justice, and openness. No unscored bonus is allowed. If found, the bonus will be cancelled and the person will be blacklisted. The final right of interpretation belongs to Zhang Daowei Training Center.

10. Competition Method:
1. Implement the latest national "Chinese Billiards Competition Rules"
2. The registration requires the contestants to use the name on their ID card, and the order of registration is the order of the preliminary draw.
3. No malicious fouls are allowed
4. In a match, when a man meets a woman or a man meets a child, the two sides will be tied. A child is defined as 14 years old, based on the household registration book.
5. Time limit: The game is limited in time. Each player has 45 seconds to make each shot. Each player can delay the shot once per game, and the delay time is 30 seconds.
11. Competition Rewards:
Champion: RMB 20,000 + trophy + certificate
Runner-up: RMB 10,000 + trophy + certificate
Third place: RMB 5,000 + trophy + certificate
Fourth place: RMB 2,000 + trophy + certificate
5th - 8th place: RMB 1,000 + certificate
9th - 16th place: RMB 500
17th - 32nd place: RMB 300

12. Competition Requirements:
1. Participants must abide by the rules of the competition, obey the arrangements of the competition, and respect the referees;
2. 10 minutes before the start of each round, contestants must check in at the registration office. After the chief referee announces the start of the game, contestants who fail to arrive within 5 minutes will be deemed to have lost the game; contestants who fail to arrive within 10 minutes will be deemed to have forfeited the game.
3. If you are dissatisfied with the decision of the referee on duty, you can appeal to the chief referee or the tournament organizing committee before the next shot after the penalty is made, otherwise the appeal will not be accepted;
4. Smoking is prohibited in the competition venue. Participants must set their mobile phones brought into the competition venue to vibrate or silent mode;
5. Dress code for contestants: vest, solid-color shirt with collar (black or white is recommended) for male contestants, dark-colored trousers (the shirt must be tucked into the trousers), and dark leather shoes; female contestants must wear elegant, dignified, decent and generous clothing. Contestants who do not meet the requirements will be prohibited from participating in the competition.
6. You may not participate in other commercial events and promotional activities during the competition without permission;
7. Excessive drinking and any form of gambling are strictly prohibited during the Games;
8. Players must obtain approval from the competition organizing committee before wearing other commercial logos, and must apply to the competition organizing committee for record before the competition. The competition organizing committee has the right to decide the content and form of the logos on the chests of referees and contestants during the competition;
9. Participants must wear the logo designated by the organizing committee and keep it properly until the awards ceremony. If it is lost, no awards will be given.
10. Any illegal and unethical behavior is strictly prohibited;
11. Those who violate the above requirements will be disqualified from participating.
13. The final right of interpretation of these competition rules belongs to the event organizing committee. Any matters not covered will be notified separately.
