8. Competition and lucky draw time:
1. The first race will be held at 19:00 on June 6th . The award ceremony will be held on the evening of June 11th to be determined.
( 1 ) The first qualifying match will be held on June 6 , 2025. The draw will start at 19:00 ( 8 players will be selected )
( 2 ) The second qualifying draw will start at 19:00 on June 7 , 2025 ( 8 players will be selected )
( 3 ) The third qualifying draw will start at 19:00 on June 8 , 2025 ( 4 players will be selected )
( 4 ) The fourth qualifying draw will start at 19:00 on June 9 , 2025 ( 4 players will be selected )
( 5 ) The draw for the top 32 players will begin at 19:00 on June 10, 2025. The qualifying round will have 24 players + 8 wild cards .
( 6 ) The double elimination round of 16 will begin at 19:00 on June 11 , 2025
( 7 ) The top four players must attend the award ceremony after the competition on the evening of June 11 , 2025 , otherwise they will not receive any prize money.

7. The finals will be held in December . The detailed competition time for each station will be announced in the competition rules of that station.

IX. Eligibility:
1. All billiards enthusiasts in the country can sign up to participate (regardless of gender)
2. Entry fee: RMB 380 for each stage (four qualifying matches are allowed) (loser’s closing fee, no discount, no credit card required)
Women and children under 14 years old are exempt from registration fee
3. Finals registration fee: RMB 600 (for four qualifying matches) (loser’s closing fee, no discount, no credit card payment)

11. Competition Method:
1. Implement the latest national "Chinese Billiards Competition Rules"
2. Registration requires contestants to use the name on their ID card, and the order of registration will be the order of the preliminary draw.
3. No malicious fouls are allowed
4. In a match, men will give way to women and men will give way to children. Women and children or women and women will tie. Children are defined as those aged 14 years old, based on the household registration book.
5. Time limit: The game has a time limit. Each player has a time limit of 45 seconds for each shot . Each player can delay the shot once per game, and the delay time is 30 seconds.
6. This Chinese billiards points ranking tournament adopts a graded handicap tournament. All contestants play in even games. The competition is divided into four or six levels. The Qinghai level 1 player competes for 11th place , the level 2 player competes for 10th place, the level 3 player competes for 9th place , the level 4 player competes for 8th place , the level 5 player competes for 7th place, and the level 6 player competes for 6th place . The champion of each station will be promoted one level, and the promotion will only happen once a year.
7. Amateur players from outside Qinghai who have no level and are participating in the competition for the first time will start from Level 3-9 . If it is found during the competition that their actual level does not match the level, adjustments will be made.
8. Professional players outside Qinghai will compete according to the special level 1 grab 13
9. The first station will be scored 400 points, the second station will be scored 800 points, the third station will be scored 1200 points, the fourth station will be scored 1600 points, the fifth station will be scored 2000 points, and the sixth station will be scored 3000 points. If each station is connected, there will be points for the next station. For those who do not participate in the middle, the next participation will be calculated according to the points of the first station.
12. Competition Rewards:
Prize distribution for each race:
Champion: RMB 50,000 + trophy + certificate 10,000 points
Runner-up: RMB 20,000 + trophy + certificate 8,000 points
Third place: RMB 8,000 + trophy + certificate 6,000 points
Fourth place: RMB 4,000 + trophy + certificate 4,000 points
5-8: RMB 2,000 + certificate 2,000 points
9-16: RMB 1,000 1,000 points
17-32: RMB 500 , 800 points
Note: The top four will have 20% of the event promotion fund deducted
The champion of each station will directly advance to the finals and pay the registration fee
Finals prize distribution:
Champion: RMB 100,000 + trophy + certificate 10,000 points
Runner-up: RMB 40,000 + trophy + certificate 8,000 points
Third place: RMB 20,000 + trophy + certificate 6,000 points
Fourth place: RMB 8,000 + trophy + certificate 4,000 points
5-8: RMB 4,000 + certificate 2,000 points
9-16: RMB 2000 1000 points
17-32: RMB 1,000 , 800 points
33-64: RMB 500 600 points

13. Competition Requirements:
1. Participants must abide by the competition rules, obey the competition arrangements, and respect the referees;
2. 10 minutes before the start of each round , contestants must check in at the registration office. After the chief referee announces the start of the game, contestants who fail to arrive within 5 minutes will be deemed to have lost the game; contestants who fail to arrive within 10 minutes will be deemed to have forfeited;
3. If you are dissatisfied with the decision of the referee on duty, you can appeal to the chief referee or the tournament organizing committee before the next shot after the penalty is made, otherwise the appeal will not be accepted;
4. Smoking is prohibited in the competition venue. Participants must set their mobile phones brought into the competition venue to vibrate or silent mode;
5. Dress code for contestants: vest, solid-color shirt with collar (black or white is recommended) for male contestants, dark-colored trousers (the shirt must be tucked into the trousers), and dark leather shoes; female contestants' clothing should be elegant, dignified, decent and generous. Contestants who do not meet the requirements will be prohibited from participating in the competition.
6. You may not participate in other commercial events and promotional activities during the competition without permission;
7. Excessive drinking and any form of gambling are strictly prohibited during the Games;
8. Players must obtain approval from the competition organizing committee before wearing other commercial logos, and must apply to the competition organizing committee for record before the competition. The competition organizing committee has the right to decide the content and form of the logos on the chests of referees and contestants during the competition;
9. Participating athletes must wear the logo designated by the event organizing committee and keep it properly until the awards ceremony is completed. If it is lost, no awards will be given.
10. Any illegal and unethical behavior is strictly prohibited;
11. Those who violate the above requirements will be disqualified from the competition.
14. The final right of interpretation of these competition rules belongs to the event organizing committee. Any matters not covered will be notified separately.
