6. Competition time : May 26 - May 31 , 2025
The qualifying draw will be held at 13:30 from May 26 to May 28, 2025, and the competition will start at 14:00.
The main competition will be held on May 29th to May 31st;
Awards will be presented after the finals, and the top 4 winners will attend the awards ceremony in person;
Middle 8 Flexible Handicap Game;
Single elimination system throughout.

IX. Competition Method:
1. Implement the latest national "Chinese Billiards Competition Rules"
2. Flexible Handicap Game
3. Double-single elimination system
4. The registration requires the contestants to use the name on their ID card, and the order of registration is the order of the preliminary draw.
5. No flagrant fouls are allowed
6. The losing side will be charged a table fee of 7 games in the full match, 9 games in the semi-finals and 13 games in the finals. Any match time less than one hour will be charged as one hour.
10. Competition Rewards:
Champion: 50,000 yuan + trophy + certificate
Runner-up: 20,000 yuan + trophy + certificate
Third place: 10,000 yuan + trophy + certificate
Fourth place: 4,000 yuan + trophy + certificate
5th to 8th place: 2,000 yuan
9th to 16th place: 1,000 yuan
Note: The top eight teams will be deducted 20% of the tournament promotion fund and the club will be deducted
12. Competition Requirements:
1. Participants must abide by the rules of the competition, obey the arrangements of the competition, and respect the referees;
2. 10 minutes before the start of each round, contestants must check in at the registration office. After the chief referee announces the start of the game, contestants who fail to arrive within 5 minutes will be deemed to have lost the game; contestants who fail to arrive within 10 minutes will be deemed to have forfeited the game.
3. If you are dissatisfied with the decision of the referee on duty, you can appeal to the chief referee or the tournament organizing committee before the next shot after the penalty is made, otherwise the appeal will not be accepted;
4. Smoking is prohibited in the competition venue. Participants must set their mobile phones brought into the competition venue to vibrate or silent mode;
5. Dress code for contestants: vest, solid-color shirt with collar (black or white is recommended) for male contestants, dark-colored trousers (the shirt must be tucked into the trousers), and dark leather shoes; female contestants must wear elegant, dignified, decent and generous clothing. Contestants who do not meet the requirements will be prohibited from participating in the competition.
6. You may not participate in other commercial events and promotional activities during the competition without permission;
7. Excessive drinking and any form of gambling are strictly prohibited during the Games;
8. Players must obtain approval from the competition organizing committee before wearing other commercial logos, and must apply to the competition organizing committee for record before the competition. The competition organizing committee has the right to decide the content and form of the logos on the chests of referees and contestants during the competition;
9. Participants must wear the logo designated by the organizing committee and keep it properly until the awards ceremony. If it is lost, no awards will be given.
10. Any illegal and unethical behavior is strictly prohibited;
11. Those who violate the above requirements will be disqualified from participating.
13. The final right of interpretation of these competition rules belongs to the event organizing committee. Any matters not covered will be notified separately.
