6. Competition time: June 28 - July 3 , 2025
The qualifying round will be held from June 28th to June 30th. The draw will be at 13:00 every day and the competition will start at 13:30.
The main competition will be held from July 1 to July 3;
Awards will be presented after the finals, and the top 8 winners will attend the awards ceremony in person
VII. Schedule method:
1. The whole competition adopts the Chinese eight-ball double elimination system and the fixed-level handicap system, with the lowest level being 4 and the highest level to be determined;
2. Handicap plus handicap game handicap method: handicap one game for difference of 0.25, handicap the previous one for difference of 0.5, handicap the previous one plus one game for difference of 0.75, handicap the previous one plus one game for difference of 1, handicap one hit and one win for difference of 1.25, handicap one hit and one win plus one game for difference of 1.5, handicap the middle one for difference of 1.75, handicap the middle one plus one game for difference of 2, handicap the next one for difference of 2, handicap the next one for difference of 2.25, handicap the previous one and the next one for difference of 2.5, handicap the previous one and the next one for difference of 2.75, handicap the previous one and the next one for difference of 3, and so on. The qualifiers will play 9, the top 32 will play 11, the top 16 will play the top 8 and the top 8 will play the top 4 will play 13, the top 4 will play the top 3 until the champion is produced and play 15.

1. Eligibility:
Registration fee: 200 yuan/person. Participants can register by phone or on-site. The actual registration fee paid by the registrants shall prevail.
Players must bring their original ID card to register. Only players with registered residence in Zhaotong City are allowed to participate (foreign players are limited to registered members of Liyou Billiards Club before June 15).

10. Competition Method:
1. Implement the latest national "Chinese Billiards Competition Rules"
2. The China 8th fixed-time handicap match
3. Double elimination system
4. The registration requires the contestants to use the name on their ID card, and the order of registration is the order of the preliminary draw.
5. No flagrant fouls are allowed
6. The losing side will be charged a table fee of 7 games in the full match, 9 games in the semi-finals and 13 games in the finals. Any match time less than one hour will be charged as one hour.

Champion: 30,000 yuan + 3,000 stored-value card + trophy + certificate
Runner-up: 15,000 yuan + 2,000 stored-value card + trophy + certificate
Third place: 7,000 yuan + 1,000 yuan stored-value card + trophy + certificate
Fourth place: 3,000 yuan + 500 yuan stored-value card
5-8 people: 1500 yuan + 300 yuan stored-value card
9th to 16th place: 500 cash + 100 yuan + stored-value card
12. Competition Requirements:
1. Participants must abide by the rules of the competition, obey the arrangements of the competition, and respect the referees;
2. 10 minutes before the start of each round, contestants must check in at the registration office. After the chief referee announces the start of the game, contestants who fail to arrive within 5 minutes will be deemed to have lost the game; contestants who fail to arrive within 10 minutes will be deemed to have forfeited the game.
3. If you are dissatisfied with the decision of the referee on duty, you can appeal to the chief referee or the tournament organizing committee before the next shot after the penalty is made, otherwise the appeal will not be accepted;
4. Smoking is prohibited in the competition venue. Participants must set their mobile phones brought into the competition venue to vibrate or silent mode;
5. Dress code for contestants: vest, solid-color shirt with collar (black or white is recommended) for male contestants, dark-colored trousers (the shirt must be tucked into the trousers), and dark leather shoes; female contestants must wear elegant, dignified, decent and generous clothing. Contestants who do not meet the requirements will be prohibited from participating in the competition.
6. You may not participate in other commercial events and promotional activities during the competition without permission;
7. Excessive drinking and any form of gambling are strictly prohibited during the Games;
8. Players must obtain approval from the competition organizing committee before wearing other commercial logos, and must apply to the competition organizing committee for record before the competition. The competition organizing committee has the right to decide the content and form of the logos on the chests of referees and contestants during the competition;
9. Participants must wear the logo designated by the organizing committee and keep it properly until the awards ceremony. If it is lost, no awards will be given.
10. Any illegal and unethical behavior is strictly prohibited;
11. Those who violate the above requirements will be disqualified from participating.
13. The final right of interpretation of these competition rules belongs to the event organizing committee. Any matters not covered will be notified separately.
