8. Competition and lottery time: July 11-July 17, 2025
(1) The first qualifying match will be held on July 11, 2025. The draw will start at 19:00 (8 players will be selected)
(2) The second qualifying draw will start at 19:00 on July 12, 2025 (8 players will be selected)
(3) The third qualifying draw will start at 19:00 on July 13, 2025 (4 players will be selected)
(4) The fourth qualifying draw will start at 19:00 on July 14, 2025 (4 players will be selected)
(5) The draw for the top 32 players in the main draw will start at 19:00 on July 15, 2025. The 24 players in the qualifying round + 8 wild cards
(6) The double elimination round of 16 will begin at 19:00 on July 16, 2025.
(7) The top four players must attend the award ceremony after the competition on the evening of July 17, 2025, otherwise they will not receive any prize money.
The third race will be held in August, the fourth race in September, the fifth race in October, the sixth race in November, and the final race in December.

IX. Eligibility:
1. All billiards enthusiasts in the country can sign up to participate (regardless of gender)
2. Entry fee: RMB 380 for each stage (can play four qualifying matches) (loser’s closing fee, no discount, no credit card required)
Women and children under 14 years old are exempt from registration fee
3. Finals registration fee: RMB 600 (for four qualifying matches) (loser’s closing fee, no discount, no credit card)

11. Competition Method:
1. Implement the latest national "Chinese Billiards Competition Rules"
2. The registration requires the contestants to use the name on their ID card, and the order of registration is the order of the preliminary draw.
3. No malicious fouls are allowed
4. In a match, men will give way to women and men will give way to children. Women and children or women and women will tie. Children are defined as those aged 14 years old, based on the household registration book.
5. Time limit: The game is limited in time. Each player has 45 seconds to make each shot. Each player can delay the shot once per game, and the delay time is 30 seconds.
6. This Chinese billiards points ranking tournament adopts a graded handicap tournament, and all participating players play in a tie. The competition is divided into four or six levels. The Qinghai level 1 player will compete with 11th, the level 2 player will compete with 10th, the level 3 player will compete with 9th, the level 4 player will compete with 8th, the level 5 player will compete with 7th, and the level 6 player will compete with 6th. The champion of each station will be promoted one level, and there will be only one promotion per year.
7. Amateur players from outside Qinghai who have no level and are participating in the competition for the first time will start from Level 3-9. If it is found during the competition that their actual level does not match the level, adjustments will be made.
8. The first station is worth 400 points, the second station is worth 800 points, the third station is worth 1200 points, the fourth station is worth 1600 points, the fifth station is worth 2000 points, and the sixth station is worth 3000 points. If you compete in each station consecutively, you will get points for the next station. If you do not participate in the middle, the next time you participate, the points will be calculated based on the first station.
12. Competition Rewards:
Prize distribution for each race:
Champion: RMB 50,000 + trophy + certificate 10,000 points
Runner-up: RMB 20,000 + trophy + certificate 8,000 points
Third place: RMB 8,000 + trophy + certificate 6,000 points
Fourth place: RMB 4,000 + trophy + certificate 4,000 points
Fifth to eighth place: RMB 2,000 + certificate 2,000 points
9th to 16th place: RMB 1,000 1,000 points
17th - 32nd: RMB 500 800 points
Note: The top four will have 20% of the event promotion fund deducted
The top 8 players in the total points ranking of the six stations will directly qualify for the finals and pay the registration fee
Finals prize distribution:
Champion: RMB 100,000 + trophy + certificate 10,000 points
Runner-up: RMB 40,000 + trophy + certificate 8,000 points
Third place: RMB 20,000 + trophy + certificate 6,000 points
Fourth place: RMB 8,000 + trophy + certificate 4,000 points
Fifth to eighth place: RMB 4,000 + certificate 2,000 points
9th to 16th place: RMB 2,000 1,000 points

13. Competition Requirements:
1. Participants must abide by the rules of the competition, obey the arrangements of the competition, and respect the referees;
2. 10 minutes before the start of each round, contestants must check in at the registration office. After the chief referee announces the start of the game, contestants who fail to arrive within 5 minutes will be deemed to have lost the game; contestants who fail to arrive within 10 minutes will be deemed to have forfeited the game.
3. If you are dissatisfied with the decision of the referee on duty, you can appeal to the chief referee or the tournament organizing committee before the next shot after the penalty is made, otherwise the appeal will not be accepted;
4. Smoking is prohibited in the competition venue. Participants must set their mobile phones brought into the competition venue to vibrate or silent mode;
5. Dress code for contestants: vest, solid-color shirt with collar (black or white is recommended) for male contestants, dark-colored trousers (the shirt must be tucked into the trousers), and dark leather shoes; female contestants must wear elegant, dignified, decent and generous clothing. Contestants who do not meet the requirements will be prohibited from participating in the competition.
6. You may not participate in other commercial events and promotional activities during the competition without permission;
7. Excessive drinking and any form of gambling are strictly prohibited during the Games;
8. Players must obtain approval from the competition organizing committee before wearing other commercial logos, and must apply to the competition organizing committee for record before the competition. The competition organizing committee has the right to decide the content and form of the logos on the chests of referees and contestants during the competition;
9. Participants must wear the logo designated by the organizing committee and keep it properly until the awards ceremony. If it is lost, no awards will be given.
10. Any illegal and unethical behavior is strictly prohibited;
11. Those who violate the above requirements will be disqualified from participating.
14. The final right of interpretation of these competition rules belongs to the event organizing committee. Any matters not covered will be notified separately.
